VMW2- ESXi 6.5 INSTALLATION

                                    ESXi 6.5 INSTALLATION

Open Vmware Workstation, go to

File è New Virtual Machine è Custom (Advanced)

Now do as given in following snapshots,

Select the location of ESXi ISO image

After that we will get following screen,

Now installation will start,

Press enter,

 Press F11,

Select the disk,

Select keyboard,

Set password,

Start installation by pressing F11,

Now installation completed, it is telling to remove installation media then reboot.

Go to vm setting and uncheck following then reboot

Now all done,

But the IP is by DHCP and I want it to be static.

Pressed F2 and it is asking for password to enter setup,

Go to Network management by up/down arrow and hit enter to select,

Go to IPv4 configuration,

Now at below screen, go to static IPv4 and select by hitting space bar, now change the IP as per requirement then hit enter

Press y,

Now new static IP will be in effect.
